If I could give negative stars I would. Dental World Marietta: Where do I even begin? The front office for starters….rude and scheisters. Couldn’t even make basic eye contact. If you have dental anxiety, are in severe pain, or expect to be treated with basic compassion and respect, I would think very carefully before going here. I arrived with a severely infected tooth and facial swelling so significant that my phone’s facial recognition would no longer recognize me. I was in excruciating pain, extremely anxious, and scared. I had explained my severe dental anxiety both on the phone and again while I was there. I was literally sitting in the room crying from fear, anxiety, and pain. The dentist who came into the room never even introduced himself to me. I was told I needed an X-ray that I had already explained I could not afford. It was done anyway, and almost immediately afterward I was approached about payment. I was then told the infected tooth needed to be drained. The dentist came into my room multiple times telling me he was going to numb me, only to leave again without doing it. I like Dr. Kapgan for sure, nice person. His front desk people are HORRIBLE!! They lie, cheat you, try to charge you for everything, even things you do not know about, enter claims without your knowledge, very dishonest. I would go back to see the Dr., just can't because of the billing and front desk staff. Horrible.

I was having a fairly good experience (with the exception of the front desk staff initially ) & loved the dr & hygienists & then after having my tooth pulled & having an infection at the same time, I was given Motrin which would be fine if it worked, but it’s not & im in the most excruciating pain I’ve ever been in in my life & I’ve had kidney stones several times. I called the dental office & they told me there is nothing they can do, even when I told them that I would have to then drive myself to the hospital bc I haven’t slept in a week & have been with this same level of pain since last Wednesday. How can I proceed with my livelihood & go to work & take care of family when I can’t even think straight from the level of pain

The entire team is professional, friendly, and consistently delivers top-tier customer service. I have been a patient for the past 15 years, and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my dental care. They do beautiful work and always ensure I receive the highest quality treatment. I visited Daniel Ward in Marietta for a swelling beneath my tooth. After the initial biopsy, I was told that the issue was related to the salivary gland and that if the swelling returned, I should contact them so they could provide a referral to the appropriate specialist. When the swelling reoccurred, I reached out exactly as instructed — only for the referral. However, I was refused assistance and given no guidance or next steps. This was very disappointing, as I relied on their medical recommendation. Patients deserve consistent care and professional follow-up, especially when directed to return for further support. I hope the clinic improves their communication and responsibility toward patients facing ongoing medical issues.
